This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. The service. Portreto is a playful, free experience: you show a few screenshots and Poto draws a portrait for you to share. It is a game of mirrors, not a professional analysis tool. Portreto is intended for people aged 15 and over.
2. What Poto is not. Portraits, “spiritual cousins” and recommendations are generated by an artificial intelligence from what it sees, with a lot of humor: they may be approximate, exaggerated or simply off the mark. Under no circumstances do they constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If a portrait makes you smile, we’ve won; if it annoys you, Poto’s aim was off — it does not mean there is anything wrong with you.
3. Your use. You agree to submit only images you have the right to use, and not to attempt to misuse the service (unlawful content, deliberate overloading, reverse engineering). The number of analyses per hour is limited so that the service stays available to everyone.
4. Your content. Your screenshots remain yours and are not kept (see Privacy). Your card belongs to you: share it, print it, frame it.
5. Our content. Poto (the character, his design, his words), the Portreto brand and the whole site are protected. You may share your cards anywhere; you may not reuse Poto or the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Tips. You can buy Poto a bubble tea. This is a voluntary gift, with nothing in return and non-refundable, processed by Stripe.
7. Availability and liability. Portreto is provided “as is”, with care but with no guarantee of permanent availability or of the accuracy of the generated content. We cannot be held liable for any use of the portraits contrary to section 2, nor beyond what the law allows us to limit.
8. Changes. The service and these rules may change; the version published online prevails. Governing law: French law; competent courts: those of the publisher’s registered office, subject to consumer protection rules.
